The River Center Events & Catering
Des Moines’s premiere event center Downtown at 3rd & MLK. Weddings, private & corporate events. The River Center venue was designed to honor the history of the building, featuring high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and reclaimed wood.
The River Center offers guests a large main floor, a sizable mezzanine which overlooks the main floor, a private suite, and covered outdoor patio.
Dore Bakery
Looking to enjoy something special from Doré Bakery while out on the town? Doré is a proud partner with both The Purveyor and Trellis Café, and our rotating menu of desserts is a welcome addition to their casual daily lunch service.

The Purveyor
The Purveyor is market-style access to charcuterie, wine & cheese located in Des Moines’ East Village with in-store retail access to fine desserts by @dorebakerydsm
Trellis Café & Catering
Trellis Café owned by Chef/Owner Lisa LaValle, opened in December 2013, and serving a locally sourced, plant-inspired menu. Trellis Cafe and Terrace can be rented for your next dinner, cooking class or cocktail party at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden.
River Center Events and Catering offers delicious made-from-scratch selections that are seasonally garden fresh and purchased locally. We use sustainable, eco-friendly and green culinary techniques and products in order to preserve the natural systems that create our beautiful world.
The Jon Anderson White Riverboat
